Puff Cookie Ice Cream
Your next weekend project? Homemade Puff Cookies ice cream!!
Step 1
Bake then fully cool a package of Puff Cookies. Combine 2 cups cream, 1 cup whole milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt in a medium size bowl. Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn.
Step 2
Crumble all but 2-3 Puff Cookies (save those whole cookies for garnish!) and add to the ice cream towards the end of the churning cycle. Enjoy immediately or freeze overnight for a harder ice cream.
Step 3
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, no problem! Just mix all the ingredients with the crumbled Puff Cookies in a freezer-safe container then cover and freeze overnight.
