Step 1
Gather up one package chocolate chip Puff Cookies, 1/2 cup candy corn, butterscotch morsels, candy eyeballs, and cookie icing.
Step 2
Bake the Puff Cookies per package directions and cool fully.
Step 3
Press four pieces of candy corn into one side of each cookie. Use the icing to attach the eyes and beak. Allow to set for about five minutes before enjoying.
