Puff Cookies + Ice Cream Spaghetti

Ice cream spaghetti with Puff Cookie meatballs is just as fun to make as it is to eat! It’s dinner meets dessert and a fun way to beat the summer heat.

Step 1

To make it you’ll need your favorite vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup and a package of chocolate chip Puff Cookies.

Step 2

Pop your plate in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before plating up the spaghetti. This will help the ice cream keep its shape.

Step 3

Press your ice cream through a potato ricer for perfectly shaped spaghetti noodles. It helps if your ice cream is just slightly softened- makes it easier to press through the ricer.

Step 4

Strawberry syrup or strawberry jam makes the best red sauce. Make sure your Puff Cookies are fully cooled. We found 3 cookie meatballs per plate to be just about right.
