Cookie Skillet Pizza
It’s so easy to make a dessert pizza at home and pile it high with any toppings you’d like- even candied pineapple!
Step 1
Bake and fully cool the Puff Cookie Skillet. Remove it from the baking tray.
Step 2
Cover in 1/4 cup red frosting leaving some of the edge exposed. If you can’t find red frosting in stores, mix white frosting with a little red food coloring.
Step 3
Sprinkle on 1/8 cup shredded coconut and cut small circles out of a strawberry Fruit Roll-Up to make pepperonis. We used the large end of a piping tip to make perfectly sized circles. Cut candied pineapple into small wedges and add to the pizza.
Step 4
Slice into wedges and serve immediately!
